Is provided by a team of IT professionals who are experienced in the Information & Technology field. They are waiting to answer and solve your computer problems. We have developed a remote and on-site support service that is offered by our award winning help desk.
When a Zarr Tech client calls into our help desk and request for support our team begins to troubleshoot their problem right away. During the troubleshoot period our clients are directed to fast workarounds. The business and client are then able to continue the operation of their business while our team is providing our support service.
Once our team is able to solve the problem we then apply the appropriate fix and restore the system. Computer support is then available to the client on an ongoing basis as they are now part of the Zarr Tech advantage program.
